Andrew Maniglia has had an impactful career spanning development and finance, including a tenure as deputy mayor of Yonkers, New York. As the vice president of development and community affairs at Standard Amusements, LLC, Andrew Maniglia has taken a central role in redeveloping Playland Park. His input in the $60 million project includes site, legal, and environmental review and analysis of municipal bond ordinances.

Over the decades, Andrew Maniglia has also guided a range of multifamily developments representing more than $250 million in value. As managing director of Ginsburg Development Companies, LLC, he guided strategic initiatives that enabled the company to achieve sustained growth and revenue expansion.

Andrew Maniglia’s background extends to a role as an assistant vice president at Chemical Bank and as a Marine Midland Bank’s vice president. As a bank compliance officer, he often worked and managed in Washington, DC, representing his companies’ interests before legislative bodies and the Federal Reserve. From 1992 to 1995, he served as Yonkers’ first Deputy Mayor and was engaged as the Chief Fiscal Officer. Tasked with overseeing economic development, he ensured that budgets were balanced and that the school district operated within strict fiscal limits. His efforts boosted the city’s financial fundamentals and decreased capital costs when obtaining loans.
